Welcome to Gripp365! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gripp365. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Gripp365 is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Gripp365. Shopify is not responsible for any issues relating to your purchases, including injury, damages, or losses resulting from products or services. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Gripp365.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
