At Gripp365, we’re all about performance: on the gym floor and at your front door. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your gear.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers so your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your gear from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

We work fast. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak times (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we still move quickly.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally. Delivery times and rates vary by location and are shown at checkout. Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t replace or refund items delivered to the wrong address if the mistake was made during purchase.

If you need to update your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@gripp365.com.au. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll fix it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel goes missing or is significantly delayed, reach out to us at support@gripp365.com.au. We’ll liaise with the courier and work with you to find a solution.

Pre-Order Items

If you order a pre-order item, shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
