Returns & Refunds Policy

If it’s faulty, we fix it. If it’s the wrong size, we swap it.
If it’s been worn to the gym… we cheer for you, but we can’t take it back.

If Your Product Is Faulty

At Gripp365, we stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it with a refund or replacement, no drama. But first, we need to see what went wrong so we can make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not performing the way it should, we've got your back. To assess the fault, we’ll need one of the following:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue, or
  • The product sent back to us for inspection (we’ll cover return postage if it’s confirmed faulty)

Once confirmed, you choose: refund or replacement. Easy.

Ordered the Wrong Size?

Happens to the best of us. If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange it when:

  • It’s unworn, unwashed, and still looking brand new
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You request the exchange within 14 days
  • You cover return postage (we cover sending the new size out)

Hygiene Matters

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used gym accessories
  • Apparel showing wear, makeup, deodorant, sweat, or scent

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@gripp365.com.au with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if faulty)

We’ll guide you through the next steps from there.

Processing Time

Once we receive your item or photo evidence:

  • Refunds or replacements are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
